Now we can say Secure Folder is the perfect place where you can store all the photos, videos, files, apps and data that you want to keep private or save in a folder. The folder is protected by the defense-grade Samsung Knox security platform, making sure that your information is kept safe from any malicious attacks. 
You can also hide these folders to keep it safe and can give it to pass-code or pattern code so that no one can see it without your permission.  you always need a Secure folder to keep your data safe. Now we going to tell you how you can create secure folder and How to access secure folder on Samsung phone.


How do I create a Secure Folder on Samsung?


Step 1. Go to your Samsung phone screen and find "Settings" option and tap on settings.

Step 2. Find "Lock and security" and click on it.

Step 3. Now you have to Tap on "Secure Folder".

Step 4. You will need to sign into or create a Samsung Account. Tap Sign in, Continue or Agree.

Step 5. You have to Enter your Samsung Account details, then tap Sign in or OK.

Please note: if you do not have a Samsung Account, choose Create Account, then follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 6. Tap Sign in or OK.

Step 7. Choose the lock method you wish to use, then tap Next.

Step 8. Automatically Secure Folder will be added to your "Home screen" and "Apps screen". Now you have created Secure folder on your device and now you can save your data there.

How to access secure folder on Samsung


To access the files that you have moved to your Secure Folder for that you have to follow the below given steps.


Step 1. First step is Open your Secure Folder on your Samsung phone.


Step 2. Now you can see by default copy of Apps edit in your secure folder, you have option bottom left and bottom right on the phone screen to add more Apps and Add files respectively.


Step 3. Go to Gallery or any data tap on it and you can move it to "Secure folder".


Step 4. To access your files, tap My Files then tap the location from which you moved the file. For example, if you moved a file from Downloads, tap Downloads.


If you want To move documents or other files in My Files, open My File and choose Documents. Then go to the More section (three dots) and tap edit. Select the documents from the list, tap More icon once again and tap on 'Move to Secure Folder'.
