Step 1. Just on your Samsung phone and unlock it.
Step 2. Go to Samsung Phone screen and Tap on "Settings", then tap “Connections”.
Step 3. After this you can see Mobile Network, Tap on “Mobile Networks”.
Step 4. Now you can simply turn to turn off / Turn on Roaming on Samsung phone.
Please note: If the Data Roaming switch is grayed out, check that Mobile data is activated. Go to Settings > Connections > Data usage > Mobile data.
