Fix 1. Plug your earphone and remove it

Fix 2. Headphone & Audio Effects
1. Go to Redmi Setting
2. Tap on Sound & Vibration OR Additional Settings
3. Click on Headphones & Audio Effects.
4. You have to Plugin the Headphone and Enable the Sound Enhancer / Audio Enhancer.
Here you will see different headphone types such as Mi Earbuds, Mi In-Ear, Mi Piston, Basic Edition, General, General In-Ear, Standard Edition, etc.
5. Choose any Headphone Type.
Here select different Headphones other than the default one.
6. Now Remove the Headphone and see if the Icon is Gone or Not.
If the headphone Icon is still showing on the notification bar then plug in the headphone and select another headphone type and now remove the headphone.
You have to repeat the process until the Headphone Icon is disappeared.
