How to fix the sound that cuts off while playing a video


Many Samsung Galaxy users are facing an issue that while watching a video (YouTube, Twitter), the sounds cut off for 2 seconds in between. The sound cut issue in the Samsung Galaxy S8 is not faced with headphones. even multiple restarts did not help to fix the issue in the Samsung Galaxy S8. The phone is great, but this is getting annoying. it's impossible to watch or listen to anything.

Fix 1`: factory reset

  Factory reset your Samsung Galaxy S8 and reinsert the microSD card. This should fix the sound issue.

 Fix 2: Boot in safe mode
It might be that a third-party app is creating this audio issue on your device. So, boot the phone in safe mode to know this. Below are steps for booting the Samsung Galaxy S8 into safe mode:
Turn off the device first. Next, press the Power button for a few seconds till you notice the Samsung logo on the screen.
Release the power key, then hold down the Volume down button till the phone completes restarting and safe mode appears at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Hopefully, this will work on your device and fix the sound that cuts off while playing a video.
