Check Bluetooth Device
Batteries

device is fully charged, charged battery on time. If the device contains
replaceable batteries, then you should replace current batteries with new ones
which is fully charged
Check If There is any
Interference
It is also important for you
to move your Alexa and Bluetooth device from all those sources that could cause
interference. These sources include baby monitors, microwave ovens, and

Alexa device at the time of pairing it.
Clear All Bluetooth Devices
For Echo Devices:
(1)Open Alexa app followed
by going to ‘menu’ and then, selecting ‘settings’. If you are not able to find

Echo.
(2)Select the device you are
using followed by selecting Bluetooth.
(3)Choose your device from
the list followed by selecting Forget. Do the same for other Bluetooth devices
as well.
For Amazon Tap:
(1) Start off with opening
the Alexa app followed by going to menu, then selecting Settings.
(2) Choose your amazons tap,
then you will have to perform Amazon Echo Tap Setup
(3) Select Bluetooth and then,
Select Clear.
For Echo Show:
(1) Give the device a

select settings. If your commands are being unheard by Alexa, then you will
have to take Amazon Echo help.
(2) Select Bluetooth Option.
(3) Select INFO icon, which
is given right next to the Amazon show name on the list followed by selecting Forget
Device. Do the same for other Bluetooth devices as well.
Once all the devices are cleared,
you can restart your Bluetooth and Alexa Device.
Pairing Bluetooth Devices
Again
For Echo Show:
(1) You need to say Pair My
Phone as this will make your Echo show ready for pairing. If pairing doesn’t
happen, then you should do Amazon Echo Setup.
(2) Open Bluetooth setting
menu on your Smartphone or tablet and then select Echo Show.
(3) You can stream audio
from your Smartphone to Echo Show. Once Alexa tells you that the connection was
made successfully.
For Amazon Tap and Echo
Devices:
(1) Launch settings for your
Smartphone or tablet and turn the Bluetooth on. Do this when you are close to
Alexa device.
(2)Say Pair as this will
make your Alexa Device enter pairing mode.
(3)From Bluetooth settings
menu on the Smartphone or tablet, choose Alexa devices. You are going to inform
by Alexa whether the connection was successful or not.
